      The company has good benefits.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. There is no room for advancement. Raises are small to non existent. People are used for extra responsibilities and then not considered for advancement. There is a pass the buck culture. The only way to get anywhere here is to suck up to management.

      Pay is slightly higher than industry standard.

      Cons

      Culture built on fear and intimidation. OPII's and Technicians throw each other under the bus. If you don't work lots f overtime you are looked down upon.
