-Working in this company will surely make you technically very strong. -Nice place to start your career -Very nice people around - They take care of visas if you are a non immigrant which makes your life easier -Management support is a plus - Nice cafeteria. Sodexo is doing a great job

Cons

Management doesn't organize many parties or get together. They could arrange something atleast once a month. They are having holiday lunch but it's just once or twice a yr.

None this is a DEAD-END job, never room for advancement Unless you are part of the favoritism

Cons

Management is Horrible, Favoritism is the main issue if you don't fit the criteria of a slave and you have a voice your in for one hell of a ride. They need to Clean House get rid of all management and replace with new. Little to no interaction between management and the employees, Rules get bent for criteria type ppl, while other suffer for calling off.
