Compensation was good, most employees directly worked with were professional and cared about their jobs/responsibilities
Cons
Loved job, but hated office - most people sit at desk all day and work, little interaction, rare lunch break. Worked all day, went home work more at night - little recognition for accomplishments. Best feeling was when I left company...
