      Pros

      The hardest, commited, knowledgable workers I had the pleasure to work with. I can't speak to the new ceo, but the last one let too many great people go. He should have been removed a long time ago.

      Cons

      There was too much greed, & "good ol boy" culture at the top level. Glad to see its changing with the new executives in place. Maybe the employees will have a sense of pride working there again.

      Pros

      People: amazing people who work damn hard. Interim CEO: we've needed Ron Gelbman for a long time - hope the next CEO is as good or better.

      Cons

      Good people still fleeing. Finance Dept needs to be scrapped & completely replaced.

      Pros

      Onsite daycare at HQ, competitive benefits, some nice people, can't think of much else. It used to be a nice place to work but in the last 5 years everything has fallen apart

      Cons

      Everything that could be going wrong, is. All the talent is leaving in droves. Old products that customers don't want and nothing innovative in the pipeline. Broken financial planning results in minimal/no bonus payments and perpetual layoffs. Senior management is totally dysfunctional and focused on fighting with each other instead of fixing the company. Inadequate resources to get work done. Morale is terrible with extremely low employee engagement, making it really hard to get even simple things done.
