      Company has many nice people that have a lot of unused potential. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Long unpaid working hours and there is no work life balance. Expected of you to work 10+ hours with no pay. The heavy process with tons of documentation and approvals is killing all products which are already on a dying path. If you want to join development, do yourself a favor and find another software company to work for. Graveyard for developers, where innovation and new ideas die. The only thing you learn is to use MS Word. No training or career path. People in the same position for 10+ years with no advancement. Too many managers doing nothing other that signing documents.

      Nice people. Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Insane working hours, no work life balance, heavy process, high stress environment, no career growth and no training. Management is horrible.
