Flexible hours and it is a great tool for networking with business oriented guests. If you have a great management team on your side, you will love going to work.

Cons

Communication can be an issue and if things are not being stated or approached, people will be on different accords.

Pros

The guests are rather nice I suppose, the management isn't all that bad, usually. Relaxed working atmosphere. Somtimes there are complementary beverages from the pavillion pantry.

Cons

Inflexible hours I would consider to probably be the biggest drawback here, other than that, maybe having to stand around or something.

Pros

I got to meet many different people. I also got to travel for a hotel discount. The cook always cooked for us and it was to die for. I loved working with most of the people.

Cons

Policies change at a blink of an eye. Your best was NEVER good enough. I literally put blood, sweat, and tears into that place like it was my home and got treated so unfairly. The general management is so unfair and 2 faced.
