      Benefits, hybrid-style work environment, holidays off.

      Cons

      No work/life balance, manager tried to deny my time off for my wedding/honeymoon and overall experienced favoritism and a toxic work environment. Pay is also very subpar for the amount of work you are expected to do and compared to other revenue management jobs.

      Somewhat toxic, some executives are archaic, entitled, unapproachable and treat their direct reports with little respect, while others are quite the opposite and actually care to develop direct reports for the good of the company. Salaries are low and not competitive with the market unless you're at the executive level.
