Pros

excellent benefits such as health, dental, vision which Hilton pays a percentage of. We have many perks/incentives for all team members; free lunch and dinner everyday, friendly employees and managers are willing to lend their time and expertise to help with any issue. But the best is, we are approximately 100 yards from the ocean! What a view we see everyday.

Can't think of any that is important.

Downside is very limited. There are no real cons to my position that are not inherent in a travel job.
