The team members value and respect you if you are willing to give a 100%. Team member travel, healthcare, retirement and 401k.

Cons

Plan on devoting your life to the company. Hard to move up in older properties and be recognized for your worth.

Pros

You make really good money when it's busy, especially in the summer, it's the best time to work there. My checks were sometimes about or over a grand!

Cons

Slow season is in winter so you make no money at all! It's mostly based off tips so winter isn't the best time.
