      I have benefited immensely from the skills development programme of Lafarge through exposure to several Management programmes locally. The people development programme of the Company is indeed real for me, as each challenge I have had to face had catapulted me to the next level. I believe strongly that the local manpower is imbued with the necessary commitment and resilience to become star performers in their different fields if given the required aid to sharpen their skills
