      Pros

      The company has good benefits, pay rates are average and location of the offices are great The processes are fun to work with and vary. There is always room to learn from different areas and regions going you the opportunity to work and know people from different countries.

      Cons

      The work environment is really bad and leadership takes an important role on this. Either the leaders are also bullies or they do not act on bad behaviors from employees. They do not reach HR and if they do is to protect the employees they like. The leadership is more focused on goals/results than hearing from their employees. They are also really close minded on questioning the methods/processes and instead on considering this as room for improvement, they consider this as being against them.
