      When I arrived at Honeywell, I was just amazed on how the values the company has built for years match with my own. The environment is really dynamic, everyone is open to share their knowledge, there is room for all the new ideas and there is feedback at any place you ask for it.

      Cons

      Since there is a lot of people, most of the time you are unsure who is responsible for each task that must be done, the teams usually spend a lot of time at meetings, there is a lack of communication between key areas.
