Pros

Good job for the location. Good pay for the area.

Cons

Much of the hgher level management knows little about the army equipment that is taken in. They have little experience on what is required to conduct proper management of the property. Much of the management have little experience in actually managing people or how to even give precise exact instruction on how to conduct many of the tasks that are required. Vague, unclear guidance only leads to eventual confusion on concurrent ongoing tasks which many times leads to a high level of frustration and poor execution. General directives on how to manage the property from higher are commonly shot down once the nature of the equipment in discussion is explained or the conflicting nature of the directive with the long established standard op;erating procedure.

Pros

Unique opportunities in the space field

Cons

Favoritism in the extreem! Management will no way listen to it's people (It's almost gospel) Advancement is nil. Pay raises are non-existant! Dooing a job well done just means that you will get more work with no recognition! "Work hard, get ahead" - NOT a Honeywell policy

Pros

- Flexibility - product company - innvoation mindset - good hr policies - good health insurance for complete family - wide range of work (different domains)

Cons

- not so good compensation - lots of cost cutting measures - failure to manage new technologies - lots of projects getting scrap overnight, lots of products do not see market. - adament management, - there is less scope for your interest if you dont butter your boss (though this is common in every place, but you see here uptil the higher most management) - no bonus for techie people (except those in the management) - salaries reduced over a period of time
