      - Main office out of touch with satellite offices in US - Management is stuck in the past and not nimble and open to new ideas and ways to manage - Management will lie to you - With Carlos Carbera retirement, new manager inexperienced and takes the easy way out of tough situations

      Not A Bad Place To Work But You Will Likely Stagnate There

      Good benefits. Not a lot of stress or pressure about work and you can definitely have an active life outside of work as long as you aren't looking to get promoted.

      Cons

      Lots of old technology is used and there is very little cutting edge development. It is easy to become comfortable and stagnate in a position. There are very few challenging projects and finding the route to advancement is difficult. The company is more likely to promote you if you have left them for another job then if you try to work your way up within the company.

      A very good Leader in India Open work environment Process Oriented Till 2009 had very employee oriented policies and schemes Very attractive place to get low end. man power intensive SW Validation jobs.

      Cons

      Leadership at the domain level in Aerospace was very poor, most of them are technologically incompetent and do not understand professional management of people. Has become a old age home for a lot of ex-defence, PSU, DRDO staff, most of whom do not have a professional outlook required in MNCs Most programs are run like rituals without a clear focus on the end objectives. Talent engagement is poor
