No formal roles and responsibilities defined so multiple people try to work on the same initiative. Everyone is hungry for C-suite time and visibility. In order to get this, employees step on each others toes. Extremely toxic culture. Advice: If you have a long tenure with other fortune 500 companies. do not join Honeywell for more money. You will regret.
