Pros

Some truly great and impressive people, but many, many just subpar coworkers who are not invested in your professional growth, do not practice what they preach, take advantage of junior professionals, etc.

Cons

There's a lack of transparency, but at the same time, very performative efforts to involve the org at all levels in high level decision making. I think staff dissatisfaction is pretty rampant, especially at the support staff level, and turnover rate is high all around.
