Pros

I have a great experience working at Inmar. I work with strong leadership and supportive teammates who genuinely care about professional development. The company offers plenty of opportunities to grow, learn new skills, and take on new challenges. Management is approachable and open to feedback, and I feel that my work is always valued. The team culture is collaborative and encouraging, which makes coming to work every day enjoyable.

Cons

Like any growing company, some processes could be more efficient. Occasionally, communication between departments could be improved—but leadership is committed to ongoing improvement.

Disconnected Leadership and a Culture of Optics Over Outcomes

Pros

Talented, collaborative coworkers who genuinely care about their work. Occasional flexibility, depending on your team or manager.

Cons

Executive leadership is disconnected and out of touch, with little transparency or follow-through. Company prioritizes optics over outcomes, despite claiming to be results-driven. Low salaries relative to industry benchmarks, with no clear compensation and promotion philosophy. Slow or nonexistent promotions, even for high performers with excellent reviews and internal client satisfaction. Career development and advancement are minimal unless you're in the right circles. Employee input is often requested but rarely acted upon in a meaningful way.

Thank you for sharing your experience with such thoughtfulness and honesty. We’re grateful that you found connection and care in your peer relationships, that’s a powerful reflection of the people who make up Inmar. Your feedback also highlights meaningful areas for us to grow. Transparency, trust, and career development aren’t just values we talk about they’re outcomes we want to be held accountable for. We know that when those areas fall short, it affects morale, retention, and belief in the path forward. We’re working to ensure our leadership practices and talent processes are more consistent, fair, and aligned to what our associates need to thrive. That’s not a quick fix but it is a clear focus. And we recognize that real credibility is built through consistent action, not intention alone. Feedback like yours is essential to building the kind of workplace we all want to be part of. If you’d be open to sharing more, we welcome continued dialogue. Please connect with your HR Business Partner or the Talent Development team.
