Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you’ve had positive experiences with your peers. We also hear your concerns about transparency, leadership, and respect. These are not small things, and they underscore the importance of the work we’re doing to rebuild trust, create alignment between words and actions, and ensure every associate feels seen, supported, and valued. If there are specific examples you’d be open to sharing, we welcome continued dialogue. Please connect with your HR Business Partner or the Talent Development team.

Pros

Remote work and great peers are the only redeeming qualities.

Cons

It is nearly impossible to get meaningful, impactful things accomplished at this company. All decisions are reserved for the select few at the top, leaving those in lower levels more like order takers and admins. The new focus on employee engagement has fallen flat as it’s rollout was very ambiguous and confusing for myself and others I’ve spoken too. This company talks a high game as valuing team members but comes up short in practice. Salaries are low (unless you’re a VP or higher of course), work loads require more than 40 -50 hours a week and the HR team does nothing meaningful to help with employee engagement and development. Don’t even get me started on the inefficiency of our Finance, Sales and Marketing teams waaay too many cooks in those kitchens. They are definitely cooking with molasses.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re glad to hear that peer culture has been a bright spot. That’s exactly the kind of experience we aim to strengthen through team connection and cross-functional support. We know leadership consistency and clear expectations matter. That’s an active area of focus as we align our standards with how we lead, grow, and support our teams. We’re continuing to evolve our development approach expanding opportunities, recognizing talent, and creating more clarity through a modern workplace model. We’ll keep listening, improving, and offering transparency along the way. Our commitment remains the same: a culture rooted in trust, growth, and open dialogue. If you have ideas to help shape what’s next, we welcome you to connect with your HR Business Partner or the Talent Development team.
