Pros

Benefits are good. Facility is nice. Coworkers are good to work with. Innovation quarter is growing. Pay is pretty good

Cons

A agree with the review that mentioned great teams. They have run off good people like Ken crews and Leslie Speas. Some of remaining staff including the leader have bad people skills and lack compassion. I've noticed that we have lost a lot of good people in other areas too. Sr leaders are all about their image and don't care about employees. Used to be a good place to work but needs major overhaul.

In your leadership role as a Director, we and the associates of Inmar look to you and others in similar roles to help improve the company by constructively and actively engaging with your peers in other teams and with your Leadership team member in areas you believe should be addressed. Pros

The compensation is in line with the cost of living in North Carolina. Solid benefits. Casual dress code. Sanitary work environment.

Cons

This company lacks an identity…It literally changes on a monthly basis. The only constant traits are the layoffs and weird behavior from C-Level management. The HR department is called Great Teams! No, that wasn't a typo…It's GREAT TEAMS with a "!", but they're nothing to be excited about. If you have a general question or concern, you should ask your manager to contact them...Otherwise, you'll have to deal with how amazingly condescending and unprofessional they are. They'll literally eat an entire sandwich in front of you, point at you to wait, and then tell you they can't help you. While I haven't experienced it personally, the directors/managers from some departments are verbally abusive. I've seen employees crying at their desks or in the parking lot during their breaks. There's a constant level of anxiety that permeates every aspect of working here…It feels like everyone is just waiting to get laid off, screamed at, or for the bottom to fall out completely. If you take a position here, make sure you have a plan to find something else!!!

Your feedback regarding your meeting experience with a member of Great Teams! has been shared with their management so that they can make their team members aware of how their activity during your meeting was perceived. Inmar is fortunate to be growing our capabilities rapidly, so our identity and structure must change as a result - based on what we offer the marketplace today. Technology will only make the rate of change faster in coming years. Your questions and perspective can most effectively be addressed by speaking with a member of management so that you can share specific examples. Please speak directly with our EVP, Corporate Communications and Great Teams! regarding your feedback so that she can address your feedback with her team appropriately. Our values are teamwork and positive energy. Please encourage those who feel they have not been treated fairly by their managers to talk to their Great Teams! business partner.

Pros

Good Benefits.Decent pay. Casual attire.

Cons

Terrible management!! Extreme favoritism. Departments are each others enemies. Computer systems are extremely outdated and not accurate so you have to lie to the client all the time to cover the companies rear. The have town hall meetings and everyone knows that the information told are all lies and a joke.
