      Pros

      - Interesting engineering challenges - Despite being a relatively large company, projects and initiatives are fast paced. -Well intentioned and hardworking people in all areas so collaboration and interactions with stakeholders are productive.

      Cons

      - Due to a history of of succesful acquisitions, there's an ample variety of software stacks and engineering practices so it's sometimes challenging to integrate systems together, then again, that also sometimes becomes an interesting engineering challenge for the teams involved.
