Thank you for your feedback, we are so glad to have you as a member of the Inmar team! Our Training Program has come a long way in recent years, but, of course, it will always be a work in progress. It is important that you share with your manager, Inmar's Talent Manager and your Great Teams! business partner your perspective regarding exactly what was missing in the training you received when you came on board your position. Engaging with them to help them understand the details is the only way that the right training can be implemented. By sharing your ideas, you can help us enhance our training for others. We hope you will take part in Inmar’s formal Learning Program, which was introduced in 2013 to provide associates with free, on-site and web-based professional developmental options. Other training opportunities include Accelerated Leadership Development Academy, Six Sigma training, Career Development Planning, Lunch and Learns, webinars and affinity groups, such as Inmar Emerging Leaders, and Tuition Reimbursement and Text for Success programs. All provide opportunities to learn, and develop your skills and relationships with other Inmar associates.

Pros

Inmar has some pretty good individual folks working there. Most people are kind-hearted, respectful, and care about doing a good job. Inmar is sitting in a good position to do great things with the numerous relationships it's built up over the years with consumer package goods manufacturers, retailers, pharmacies, insurance payers, etc.

Cons

It seems like they haven't really figured out what it means to be a "technology company" or a "analytics company". Those labels are, sadly, about the extent of the vision forward offered. The majority of the organization's technical assets are woefully outdated, disconnected, and sometimes poorly designed. These wouldn't be impossible hurtles, but it's been a challenge to get senior leadership to build an effective business strategy around making better software. Another con worth mentioning is that the culture is very much traditional east coast enterprise. Think big, slow company with lots of bureaucracy, and lots of hurtles to change. Traditional dress, traditional values, etc. If you're looking for the fast-paced, exciting, start-up environment, you won't find it here. On the other hand, if you're looking for stability and process control, this may actually be a pro instead of a con. In all fairness, they do occasionally do some fun things, but they're few and far between.

Pros

Pay & benefits, beautiful new office in downtown winston, innovative culture, freedom to explore ideas and affect change. When the company WINS the employees are rewarded with a generous bonus!

Cons

Currently experiencing rapid change; however, short term challenges will equal long term wins for everyone at Inmar. Some feel task saturated; however, senior leaders have encourage associates to shed task that do not add value
