Pros

None there is no paycheck worth it

Cons

If you want to work for a Layoff Machine that has zero respect for its employees then Inmar is your place. They have laid off more people in the last 2 years then any other company in the Triad yet the local media is quiet about it. The CEO would have been ideally suited as a Tour Promoter or Politician not what his current duties are. He has created a Toxic environment, He has overseen the dismissal of extremely qualified individuals with vast amounts of industry experience and then hires kids out of college at 1/2 the pay. I feel sorry for the older individuals that work there , management has no respect for their work ethic ,skills and experience. If the latest management hires are any indication then Inmar is in for a very rough time. John Wittaker

Pros

Vacation Comfortable dress code A lot of good hard working honest people Families and good friends are created Essentially located in the heart of Winston Salem Personal growth and experience to carry on to other potential opportunities

Cons

Depending on what department you work in could be lax. Workload increase with major budget cuts. Disorginization thorughout the company due to VP incompatability. Loss of morale due to VP politics. VP has a tendancy to degrade, pick on, humiliate their employees instead of finding creative ways to help them become more successful (Oh wait, flawless execution. Don't see it in VP) It is not what you know it is who you know to get you on the career path you are seeking. Money spent on useless events when we could pay warehouse associates a little more so that they will value their jobs. Great Team (HR), a joke.

Pros

Can't think of much. Casual dress code.

Cons

Workload just gets heavier every day. There is so much pressure and stress that people walk around like zombies. There is no more quality of work. Just quantity. Associates are on medication to deal with the stress. Workload is so unbalanced between employees it's terrible. Some do as they please and others work themselves half to death. Please stop the parties and events. Associates would much rather have a raise. The hard working people do not have time to go to parties because of workload. Clients are leaving because service is suffering. Service is suffering because of the workload. I can no longer provide the level of service my clients are accustomed to. I cannot wait to find another job.
