Pros

Inmar is in a state of change - change of private equity owners, change of business focus (towards mobile & digital markets), change of senior leadership - this creates a lot of opportunities for those within the company - I don't see any companies that have visibility to broad consumer shopping behaviors in and across retail environments - which means there is potential for capturing value and genuine growth

Cons

All this change has created some confusion of 'who's on first' and the communication of priorities across the organization needs improvement - also, if you are not ready to adapt to the change, then there is real risk to you - this notion of the "old ways are the best ways" is out of date and companies that fail to re-invent themselves get eaten by the competition

Pros

Nice vacation package, excellent employees that work HARD!

Cons

NO OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH! Relatives and friends are brought in for invented positions, while hard working employees try again and again to get ahead with no results. Those that work hard and try are just given more and more tasks with the same pay, title and department. The organization is in complete chaos. Products that we do not even make are being constantly sold, making it impossible to operate!

Pros

Co-workers are hard working and try to help each other

Cons

I worked for this company for several years and watched it deteriorate. Hard working people are let go even while their positions are still needed to serve clients. Employees are told to use the back door and are not allowed to soil the front entry. Management seems more concerned about appearances than success. Everything seems to be staged and over the top. Elaborate celebrations go on for the press while capable employees are being turned out on the street. There is no clear direction, aside from the directive for employees to post positive reviews on this site.
