      Its a large organization with a lot of fast-moving units. Like anywhere else, if you focus on helping the business unit succeed, there are lots of career and incentivization opportunities.

      Cons

      Like any large organization, you will find teams and situations that make you feel pessimistic and bitter. You just have to choose what matters to you most and what you're looking to get out of your career and be your own advocate.
