      Pros

      It's a job! The benefits are about average for the area. Some of the people became like family.

      Cons

      Inmar has changed. The current employees are not happy. If you want to advance in your career, I would not recommend Inmar. Set your sights on better options. The company would previously make promises they could not keep. Now they just don't make promises at all!

      The only negative things I have heard about Inmar is on glssdoor

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice and helpful. I was hesitant about taking a job here because of the negative reviews but so far I haven't experienced anything that the negative reviews suggested.

      Cons

      C level does seem to be trying too hard. Mounts comes off as not very genuine.

      Pros

      Great new space, fun extra curricular opportunities, up and coming in the community, possible growth opportunities, and a solid client base.

      Cons

      Heavy work load compared to pay, not every department is staffed enough to justify client load. Management is so overloaded that their employees can't schedule time with them. Horrible inclement weather policy and no consistency across management.
