Pros

Being valued is a huge pro! My ideas matter and I am encouraged to share them. Continuous learning is encouraged and opportunities are provided. Challenging work that allows you to grow learn something new everyday. Can't wait to move to the new building!

Cons

I think that any where you work you will hope to change something. Dated systems and programs create challenges, but improvements are being made often.

Pros

Really good environment and benefits. I have made a lot of friends here at Inmar and that helps make work fun. We are really excited about the move to the new building. Lots of stuff is going in the right direction.

Cons

Some of our older IT systems still have some problems, but is it getting SO much better. Would like more choices for lunch nearby.

Pros

I can honestly say that I enjoy coming to work. Generally, I do not dread it. Of course, I have days that I wish I could stay home and do something that I want to do but it's not because I dislike my job. My life, like most, is primarily spent working. It is important to me to have a career that I love and work for a company that I am passionate about. I have certainly found that in Inmar. My manager and team are an awesome group to work with and I would say this is the theme across most of our corporate offices in Winston Salem- great people.

Cons

The biggest disappointment for me is the pay. I feel like I am underpaid based on my experience and education and the work that I do. However, my happiness and sanity is more important than making more money doing a job that I hate. I am not at all surprised to see the negative reviews posted on this site...for a company that employees so many people it goes without saying that there will be a handful of people that are unhappy. People get laid off, people get fired, and some people will just never be happy. The ones who are unhappy tend to write reviews.
