      Very friendly trainers here in Boise. Benefits are great, and it's absolutely great for students who need flexibility. Full time class wasn't an issue!

      Limited FaceTime with upper management.

The typical crabs in a bucket scenario is NOT conducive in any situation, especially in a company whose first value is teamwork and positive energy. We WIN together! Please constructively engage in dialogue when you experience such a situation. Your manager or Great Teams! can help you frame a positive, frank discussion if you would like to “rehearse” with them. But, please help us convey very clearly that this behavior is not part of our culture!
