Pros

I love working at Inmar, been here for several years. I have never worked anywhere that I have actually enjoyed going to work before coming here. Leadership team makes a big effort to keep the culture fun, happy and efficient. Location is perfect and benefits are great. Starting pay was good and training was well organized.

Cons

I have read many reviews where people are saying the leadership team is hiring there friends. I haven't seen any proof of this myself, even if they are previous associates I don't see why it matters. All new members of our leadership team have proven they deserve it.

Thank you for your feedback, we are so glad to have you as a member of the Inmar team! Our Training Program has come a long way in recent years, but, of course, it will always be a work in progress. It is important that you share with your manager, Inmar's Talent Manager and your Great Teams! business partner your perspective regarding exactly what was missing in the training you received when you came on board your position. Engaging with them to help them understand the details is the only way that the right training can be implemented. By sharing your ideas, you can help us enhance our training for others. We hope you will take part in Inmar’s formal Learning Program, which was introduced in 2013 to provide associates with free, on-site and web-based professional developmental options. Other training opportunities include Accelerated Leadership Development Academy, Six Sigma training, Career Development Planning, Lunch and Learns, webinars and affinity groups, such as Inmar Emerging Leaders, and Tuition Reimbursement and Text for Success programs. All provide opportunities to learn, and develop your skills and relationships with other Inmar associates.
