Pros

money and casual dress, benefits, and insurance

Cons

Every since David Mounts arrived Inmar.. PEOPLE WITH TENURE are getting booted out the door. Its all about the bottom line and getting younger people working for half the pay.

Needs serious management/supervisor overhaul

Pros

Most of the people there are friendly and great to work with.

Cons

Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Managers & supervisors show major favoritism and those who are favored can & do get away with things that others would be criticized for. This creates a major morale problem for other employees. If you are not liked by your manager and/or supervisor you can pretty much kiss our job goodbye or they make you so miserable that you want to quit. They show no hesitation in lying to make themselves look better in order to make you look bad. Wonder how they would feel if this was done to them.

Was once a great place to work, no longer the case!

Pros

Flexible hours and casual dress

Cons

If you are not a manager, supervisor, director or VP you get no respect. There is A LOT of back stabbing from upper management. Claims to be a family oriented company, not true anymore. New CEO is ALL about money. There are too many bosses (managers, supervisors and directors) and most of them should not be in their position. I feel like your boss should be able to do anything they ask of their employees and they cant. Inmar over-promises their clients and then expects their under paid and over worked employees to fix it. Unless you are willing to work for pennies OR you are great friends with one of the higher ups, you have no room for advancement! A LOT of firing going on and they just took money from the government!!!!
