Inmar can do better

Pros

The CEO is absolutely the best!

Cons

The pay is awful. The turnover rate is high. Healthcare department has its favorites where management is mostly made up of friends from previous companies they've worked for. They never side with employees. Growth in the healthcare department is only made up for the favorites. There is no diversity in healthcare AT ALL. Human Resources pick who they want to hire. Management gives HR names of who they want hired, while regular employees do the same, however MANAGEMENT get there picks of who they want in, while regular employees feels that its useless to even keep referring people.

Our CEO is wonderful! And he has established communication channels that each of us can use to share our ideas and perspectives. One option is to reach out to the Great Teams! Business Partner for your area. The entire Leadership team also has an open door policy. You can contact our EVP, Corporate Communications and Great Teams!, or any Inmar Leadership team member. Any of them will be happy to talk with you. Another communication channel is the associate survey that is conducted each year to provide anonymous feedback. Action plans are developed based on the information shared. As our first Corporate Value states: Teamwork and positive energy produce the best results. We hope you will take advantage of the channels in place to productively share your perspective and to continue moving us forward as a team each day.

Pros

Decent benefits. Some good people.

Cons

Workload varies depending on who you are. They keep adding more work and it's extremely hard to keep up. Some people work 50 plus hours a week, and some don't work 40. Managers are best friends with certain employees. Nepotism is rampant.
