      Pros

      Good benefits and paid time off. Can be a stable work environment depending on what area/business unit you work in. Got along well with coworkers.

      Cons

      Company tends to oversell what they can offer which often overworks the teams that have to deliver on these promises. Lack of opportunity for advancement.

      You can make some wonderful friendships.

      In public they say they are family oriented but, in private they want you to work overtime, nights and weekends.

      Pros

      We have great parties and celebrations. The co workers are very nice and pleasant. The benefits could be worst, but will suffice.

      Cons

      . It's really hard to excel and get promotions. Eager to move you laterally. Pay doesn't compare to the amount of work they expect you to complete. This is for the healthcare network, I haven't worked within any other network.
