They pay well and the benefits are above average. Nice offices and a generally congenial place to work. Grade B-

Cons

Absolute disconnect between upper level and mid level management. Inmar is not the best place in the Triad to work as they claim either. To upper management "Perception has become far more important than reality".

Pros

Remote/hybrid life is good. Summer hours are nice. Benefits aren't too bad.

Cons

Management is horrible. Important roles are leaving with no backfill, leaving more work for others with no pay or no promotion. Management has hardly any idea what is currently happening in their departments. Company is full on empty promises, so take everything with a grain of salt.
