Pros

The culture is great for someone starting out in their career. Everyone is always helpful and I never feel like I have to work extra to make sprint commitment. We have the option to stay remote right now which has saved a lot of money on gas. The work is easy enough as long as you pay attention and try.

Cons

The benefits are quite expensive and don't fully cover everything. Promotions are rarely seen for people who are not already at a management level. Usually someone has to leave the company or change roles before we see any movement.

Poor benefits

Pros

Vacation rollover, did not immediately demand return to office

Cons

Chief drawback was the healthcare plan. It was bizarre and I never encountered anything like it elsewhere in my professional career. You were required to submit yearly BMI reports to HR in order to qualify for coverage (yes, weight/height). Also, insurance provider (Cigna) was generally subpar, with a poor user portal, high copays, and sparse coverage beyond simple preventative. I was able to find much better coverage from a number of competing offers. It made no sense to stay at my position at Inmar from a healthcare benefit perspective alone.
