Pros

Therapy is covered by insurance because you’ll need it. Canadian labour laws

Cons

They offered me the role like it was sunshine and daises when it was boiling hot sewer water. There was no on boarding, expect to be scolded by the entire company for every small mistake like misspellings and have it held over you for all of eternity. Expect to take on multiple roles alone. No one will help you. You are expected to do the work of 4 people…all by yourself. Expect to be walked all over, intimidated, and abused on the daily. The politics are awful, if people don’t like you, they will destroy your career and reputation and they have the power to do so. No culture of a pushback, you succeed here if you are a yes man. The pay is trash and you will never see it anyways. Bonus is non existent. This place was like a prison, I wouldn’t send my worst work enemy here. The Canadian director is bizarre and unethical. Beware of this company and working with the Canadian team you will hate your life. I would give 0 stars if allowed
