Pros

Nice facility, pockets of good people who sadly have been conditioned to believe they can't get another job, If you are in the club and/or a male, job growth and pay is much better than if you are not.

Cons

Management doesnt want your feedback - they know it all. Your review is done by those many levels above you who really have no clue what you do. Nepotism is everywhere, keep your head down and your mouth shut is what the true motto should be. They paint a shiny picture but it's all smoke and mirrors. It takes 3-6 years for a female to be promoted, and 9-12 months for men. And if you try and suggest improvements, you are wasting your time and tagged a troublemaker. And Training, that doesnt exist, especially for the new system. What a joke. That whole team should be fired.

Pros

Very few pros, it's a job, not a good one, not decent pay, feeling of layoffs all the time. But it is a paycheck

Cons

Limitless cons, upper management are all buddy buddy while looking down on everyone with disdain. They strongly encourage (threaten) that employees write positive reviews on glassdoor to offset all of the bad reviews. It's a terrible place to work, it has been since the founder sold off to investors, he is sadly missed. This place had fallen into disrepair. the higher ups are filling their pockets while crushing those that make that money happen. It's a shell of the once family environment it once was.

Pros

Beautiful building, because they refuse to pay you what you are worth, they make it up in benefits/ pto package.

Cons

They don't listen to their employees. It's run like a fraternity. Once you're in, you're in for life unless you get yourself fired.
