Pros

You learn a lot about data collection for RCTs and, if lucky, you have the opportunity to work for interesting project implementers. Learning curve is challenging as you must learn a lot in a quite small amounts of time. Working there gives you a strong CV if you want to focua

Cons

Not a lot of work/life balance as you may arrive to poorly managed proyect. Not a good place for practicioners as IPA mostly emphasizes in data collection and quality (as a surveys company) and you have low engagement in implementation. Really narrow opportunities to grow after you are RA due to limited positions. Qualitative research is really weak in IPA considering that most of its employees are economists.
