Overall a great company to work for. Salary, bonus, pension, stock, nice health benefits.

Cons

As progression happens work life balance does skew more towards work, which can be draining as expectations are high.

A very supportive place to work with reasonable expectations. Intact is always looking to improve based on client and employee feedback. Everyone is wonderful to work with and always happy to help.

The people are very nice, salary is good, social perks are nice, they really take care of their employees

Cons

It depends on what is your job but the biggest con would be to take off from work is a challenge in my department because I work in 24/7 department staff needs to be present. You do have 3 weeks vac. paid but to get them is another hassle but I understand why their hands are tied on this problem in my department but it is a con.
