great environment, pretty chill, friendly coworkers flexible hours, occasional fun things planned throughout the day to keep you awake annual bonus medical/dental coverage

Cons

medical/dental coverage is deducted from your pay depending on the level of coverage you need/want difficult to get recognized solely through hard work management expects you to do so much outside of your actual job in order to be recognized the more you talk, the more management gets to know you but you're literally not doing your job at that point tries to sell you that they have all these extra perks such as stocks and stuff rather than just giving a straight pay raise
