Pros

Very smart people. Amazing stories of refugees and an honor to help them.

Cons

Wouldn't supply you with the equipment you need to do the job, cramped office space for lower level employees. Read the article in The Guardian to learn more about their structural racism. Can confirm I saw very promising people of color passed over for mediocre white people. BTW, I'm white.

Pros

Benefits are good because it's a non profit organization. If you know how to play politics you can sit there forever even with no knowledge for your job.

Cons

The formal goal of the company is to help people all around the world but they don't care even about their own employees. It's a non human treatment! In fact even on the meetings they called us a resource (not by name or title). Pretty rude management and a lot of ignorant people sitting there for years because of the benefits. I have found it's pretty hard to work in this non human environment.

Pros

Not many pros.... i had a horrible experience....

Cons

This place is a case study in how NOT to manage people. Management has created and promoted an environment of blame. Management is ineffective at planning and communicating. Management micromanages. Management has double standards. The list goes on.... Stay away.
