Pros

- Meaningful work providing strong sense of purpose - Amazing coworkers - Easy segue into international development

Cons

- Overworked and underpaid - Long hours and high stress - Most difficult role at the IRC…if possible to do employment or other department, much better work/life balance can be achieved
