Pros

You get to meet really cool and nice people. Good way to learn about all the public benefits provided by the state and federal government. Build strengths in multitasking. Good teamwork environment.

Cons

Too much work for one person usually. HQ is not on top of it. Poor quality websites that you deal with on a daily basis. You don't feel like HQ cares about you as an employee. The pay doesn't match the work you provide.
