Incredible Organization!

Pros

Contrary to how tough employees are on the organization and its leadership, IRC is a truly phenomenal organization. Very rich benefits, competitive pay (they pay at the market rate), an extraordinary mission, excellent strategy and a powerful history of accomplishments. The people are among the brightest and most committed you’ll ever meet.

Cons

Work life balance can be brutal; systems don’t align with the size and complexity of the org.
