Pros

Not a single one - unfortunately

Cons

The country offices are left unattended and unnoticed by HQ. The local so called leadership exploit, derogate and exercise unethical demonstration of power. Unilateral actions are taken and then they abuse power and harass and threaten staff especially women forcing them to leave.

Pros

I loved working for the IRC and for the ETO/IRIS team. The pay was great, fully remote, and my team was amazing.

Cons

Job stability, considering federal budget cuts this year.

Pros

1. Diverse Population and great people to work with. I loved my co-workers. 2. Medical Benefits and matching for 403B Plan was something I valued. 3. There was good amount of work and I was never bored.

Cons

There is lot of partiality that is visible in Senior Management positions.
