Pros

Before COVID the companies 401k match was great!

Cons

One of the company’s core values is Integrity, but it’s not displayed when employees are involved. Their focus is on the customers, not respecting the fact that their employees are internal customers. The majority of employees are suffering from anxiety or some other mental condition because of the toxic environment. New hires are being hired on receiving higher pay rates then tenured employees. Management is involved in a big sex scandal. Favoritism is shown to those who agree to sleep with management. Employees with disabilities are harassed by management. Employees are demeaned and sometimes bullied by management. When management is reported for bad behavior, the employee is black balled and often ends up fired.

Pros

Good benefits and okay pay

Cons

The management is terrible and work ethic is very corporate. They expect you to get everything done even when communicating that there's some scheduling overlap. For example, I was scheduled to be doing two things at once for 3 days in a row. You would be like well how does that happen or just notify your leader/management right? Well I did. I have 3 mangers to report to and all of them think they're hot sh!+. So nothing got communicated back to me and I got chewed out for not being elsewhere when I was at, what seemed like to me, the most important job site. They bate and switch you into think this company is so nice and well organized, but they're not. Just a bunch of grown babies running outdated HVAC control systems. They preach about how important safety is to them. I got laughed at in a training meeting mentioning if we should turn down a job if it's unsafe. Mind you I asked because I just experienced what seemed to me an unsafe environment where the commissioning agent , myself and one other individual clearly smelled a natural gas leak. I was still expected to work there, but we get thought to notify and leave until the leak is discovered.

Pros

Good benefits and the people are great.

Cons

Large company with corporate politics galore. Despite all the talk about how important employees are, any job can be outsourced if it would boost stock price or cash flow. 401k benefits are paid annually in March for the previous year.
