      Decent work environment, good people, company has continuous lay offs due to constant restructuring of the company.

      Decent pay, with much OT available to all that wish to partake.

      Cons

      No job security, daily changes in protocols that are not communicated to all employees causing uncertainty when completing tasks. Continuos restructuring of company, relocating whole departments overseas.

      Pros

      Safe workplace, with cafeteria, may get to work on few good mechanical projects, might get opportunity to work on patent, leave policy is ok although some managers might demotivate to take leaves.

      Cons

      HR manager twice told about year end bonus but company has denied to give, Higher management wearing goodwill facade and year on year reap benefits, Project quality is just low, many people just have laidback and gossiping attitude, Long working hours, sometimes 10-11 hrs, No transportation, No food coupons, Mass layoff without trying to accommodate in any other department.

      No work life balances. Long meetings scheduled outside working hours. Poor upper management. Lack of internal ethics. No structure within branches.
