      Pros

      Worked with some of the best people I've ever met. Some people get to work on exciting projects, but it's usually the same 10 people who go from one strategic program to the next, and the rest get left to do sustaining work. Senior management has good intentions, BUT..... they believe that no news is good news, and this is not true in the information age we live in today.

      Cons

      Young managers in product engineering display extreme levels of passive aggressiveness that has driven away most of the younger, talented staff. Senior leadership doesn't understand the results of employee surveys designed to gain insight into the hostile work environment which is palpable on the campus.

      Pros

      The rank and file employees work very hard and truly want to see the company succeed.

      Cons

      The company is not paying there bills and not paying employees 401K match from 2018. The simplest decisions need to go to CEO staff level to be made. They keep adding levels between there top level managers this is creating more confusion when making decisions.
