      No limit to resources or equipment.

      Cons

      Have to be included with the "in" group. Have to be young and like to drink at company events. Must be able to play the blame game effectively.

      If You Want A Life, This Place Is Not For You

      Stock program (if you can get it). Good insurance.

      Cons

      --10-12 hour days are the norm. NO WORK/LIFE balance. --1950's "do it or else" style management. --Must put your entire life on hold for the good of the company. --VERY low pay --If you are on the business side, VERY LITTLE chance for advancement. --"Good Ol' Boy" mentality is in full effect here and it does effect who get's promoted and who dose not.
