      Pros

      Work here to have your foot in the door. Good pay right out of college.

      Cons

      Incompetent managers. Lack of communication. Misleading leadership. A lot of hours. No family life. No recognition. No respect.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits. If you really like construction work, can manage people, and are willing to forget your hobbies or interests than building things, you can retire a millionaire with this company. If you like do things in life other than work, or don't have the managment ability to climb the ladder, then this company will give you a great resume when you decide to move on in a few years.

      Cons

      Long hours. I have personally seen several divorces. If you have a wife, she better have a job that can relocate her as often as you, generally at least once a year, or get used to being home once a month for a long weekend to see her and the kids(if you have them).
