Remote work. Personalized individual evaluations. Sundays off.

Cons

No paid holidays off. Minimum wage. Limited uto. No pto. No room for growth. HEAVY phones for certain languages. Unpaid in-service training (once passed onboarding.) No early shifts.

We connect clients to our team of 21,000 professional, on-demand interpreters via audio or video in 30 seconds or less. We provide these services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. working remotely. No direct boss

Cons

Really bad salary, no promotions. after 5 years all I got was a letter to congratulate me. Its a modern day factory. Dead end job. Doesn't matter how you perform, you will never get any positiver feedback or motivation incentives.
