Pros

I love the flexibility to work from home, they provide you with the equipment once you pass your first 90 days and they make sure you are a good fit for the company.

Cons

It is a stress full job in my opinion. Many calls are very hard like 911, or police-related, Fema, calls. You are using your brain pretty hard and having calls back to back without breathing in between can get to you after a while.
